After speaking with Ms. Hornick, our team did a thorough inspection of the HVAC. We found reduced air quality in two rooms. We followed up and located a leak in the air ducts, and we were able to get it patched up properly. After that, we continued by vacuuming and cleaning out all the air ducts and replacing all the air filters for the HVAC. So the leaks were repaired, the ducts were cleaned, and Ms. Hornick now has improved air quality and climate control throughout her home.
